Joanne always goes the extra mile because she cares. She is incredibly professional, honest in her feedback, very responsive and accommodating to changes (and as a family with three teens, satisfying everyone’s tastes, desires and whims) which is not only rare, it’s always done with a smile and a whole lot of kindness. We feel so lucky to have been introduced to Joanne and trust her to do all our travel bookings, and to generate amazing ideas!
