I cannot speak highly enough about Joanne’s knowledge, patience and high level of service!!! We have booked a few trips with Joanne and she is amazing to work with! One bigger trip was to Costa Rica. Joanne booked a multi flight/area/hotel trip and nailed it! Here is where the level of service gets super impressive....unfortunately this trip was last March, when the pandemic was fresh and creating major havoc for those abroad, we were panicked and scrambling to get back and Joanne was right there to help, not only responsive to us but calling every airline possible, may I add...all that extra effort she was not making a dime on but I feel it’s just the amazing person she is. I have referred friends to Joanne and they were equally as thrilled with her service!
